Kenny Jeffcoat

Kenny was born August 30, 1956 at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, Texas. He is the son of Roy B. and Yvonne R. Jeffcoat and married Mary Helen Jones in 1979. They have 4 children. Kenny received his Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University in 1978 in Administrative Management. Upon graduation he founded Carolina Construction Company with his father and was an un-limited licensed General Contractor. In 1996 he began selling real estate and was involved in owning, developing  and selling over 50,000 acres in the Southeast and Midwest, gaining experience in  timber operations and mineral leases from 2005 – 2020. Kenny is currently developing single family and multi-family residential property in the upstate of SC with his father and brother-in-law, Eddie Kinsey, who joined the business in 1998.

Anna Lamphear

Anna has lived in Anderson, South Carolina for over 30 years. She now resides in Williamston, South Carolina with her husband, Nick, and 2 kids, Hadley and Silas. She is a graduate of TL Hanna High School. Anna has always aspired to become a small business owner, which lead her to getting her degree in Business Management. After that, she attended Cosmetology School and purchased a hair salon, right in the heart of Anderson.
Anna has spent almost 3 years helping her buyers and sellers achieve their Real Estate goals. Anna has established a reputation as a well-respected and innovative Realtor. Her business is built on communication, dedication and transparency. She is continuously learning new ways to represent her clients in the ever-changing Real Estate market.

Paige Baker

Paige has lived her life in the Upstate and in Anderson County for more than 25 years.  She received both Bachelor’s and Masters degrees from Clemson University.  After serving our community and children with a career in education for 28 years, she is now using her leadership experience and knowledge to work with families and help them achieve their goals by serving as a trusted real estate agent.
Paige and her family serve the community and families with a lifetime dedication of helping families through education, public service and real estate.  Her older son Jay is raising his growing family here while working in law enforcement for Anderson County Sheriff’s Office.  Her younger son Drew is attending college in Anderson.

Stacy Bair


Stacy is a native of Upstate South Carolina and was born in Pelzer, South Carolina. In 1996, she graduated from Palmetto High School and went on to pursue a degree in medical office assistance from Tri-County Technical College, which was awarded to her in 2000. In 2020, Stacy obtained her Real Estate license. She enjoys helping her clients sell their property and find the home of their dreams.

Stacy has three wonderful children, Morgan, Taylor and Dylan, and 4 grandchildren that she adores! Stacy enjoys spending time with her family and exploring nature. Walking, music, dancing and relaxing outdoors are just a few ways Stacy enjoys spending her free time.

Lori Howard


Lori was born and raised in upstate New York. Having lived in Indiana, Illinois and Tennessee, Lori and her family settled in Anderson in 2014.

Her most rewarding job will always be raising her 4 children: Grant, Jack, Dylan and Brooke. Now that they are older, it was time to dive into the working world and she found an interest in real estate. Having moved so many times, she was always interested in the buying and selling process. Lori is exited to embark on the journey of home buying and selling with all of her clients!

Outside of family time, Lori is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys hiking and anything outdoors in the warm weather.

  • Duties included working in a survey crew, then as a Party Chief and Chief inspector on State roads and bridges. Became Assistant Resident Construction Engineer for Anderson County State roads and bridges (1973-1987).   
  • Transferred into Maintenance as the Assistant Resident Maintenance Engineer and then became Resident Maintenance Engineer for Anderson and Spartanburg Counties (1987-2009).  Duties during this period of time I supervised employees in maintaining the State Right of Ways, roads and bridges
